Supporting in the VET sector

Renee Costa, Altura Learning’s Business Development Manager for the VET Sector, has been out and about once again, and this time it was at the National Vocational Education and Training (VET) conference on the Gold Coast in early November. Renee said that it was wonderful to be in the same room networking with TAFEs and RTOs and getting an insight to the changes, challenges and needs of the sector.

The theme of the conference was ‘Building your roadmap’ in which, in each of our respective roles, we will have our own goals and destinations as we embrace change and begin to shift our focus from compliance to excellence across the VET sector. We need to continue to be proactive participants in that change and continue to increase the value that is placed on VET.
