USER SUPPORT
Altura Learning provides Tier 1 helpdesk for all users via live chat, webform/email and telephone.

All users can call or chat with the Bridge support team 24/7/365. All users can file tickets with Bridge support through help.bridgeapp.com.

One hour for webform/email tickets; 60 seconds for phone calls; 120 seconds for live chat.

SLA for Bridge is 99.9% availability over a rolling 12 month period. You can monitor the last 12 months of uptime here.

DELIVERY
Altura Learning will make every effort to make sure your library order is delivered within 7 to 10 working days to the address specified during the purchase process. For remote areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
