Altura Learning has had the pleasure of working with ELDAC (End of Life Directions for Aged Care), to produce a series of educational videos to accompany the Residential Aged Care Toolkit, which focus on five key aspects to improve your practice:

• Organisational Support

The videos bring together clinical leaders, experts and aged care staff to share advice and provide guidance on everything from clinical care to goals of care and advance care planning.
