Richard Stephens is the Director of Client Services with Emcorp Group and a certified Black Level Chemical, Biological, Radiological-Hazardous Materials Technician. He has a background working in government agencies, specialising in responses to chemical, biological and radiological events. Richard has acted as the Chairperson for health service outbreak committees, dealing with pandemic responses and has also assisted companies internationally with SARS, MERS, Bird Flu and other commercial risks.
