Lisa Woodman is the founder of Lisa Jane DDC (Dementia with Dignity and Care) and has extensive experience in Dementia consultancy and support. While working in the aged care sector she has trained community and residential staff on caring for people living with dementia, their family, and carers. Lisa’s strategic direction for aged care and home care organisations is to promote the identity and respect of the person with dementia. Lisa completed her PhD on the lived experiences of those living in the community after their spouse was admitted into an aged care facility, and holds a Master’s Degree in Aged Care Management, together with a Graduate Diploma in Gerontological Nursing.
