Dr. Sean Lubbe qualified as a medical practitioner in 2001 and as a Psychiatrist in 2010. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists ( FRANZCP ), and Accredited Member of the faculty of old age psychiatry ( FPOA ) and a member of the royal college of psychiatrists ( MRCPsych). He was awarded a masters in medical ethics and law ( King's college london ) in 2010. Dr Lubbe is a Senior staff specialist psychiatrist in Sydney local health district where he provides clinical leadership in an Older people’s mental health services. A multidisciplinary team of professionals who provided comprehensive care to older adults presenting with mental illness and cognitive disorders. As an honorary clinical lecturer in the faculty of medicine and health at the university of sydney, Dr Lubbe pursues his interest in teaching medical students. His interest in education extends to improving the knowledge of patients, their carers and provider organisations. He has published original research in his field.
