Katrina is a registered nurse with over 16 years in the Australian aged care industry, holding leadership roles in both community-based and residential services. With a particular passion for supporting those living with dementia, Katrina has made it her mission to elevate the standards of care across Australia, ensuring that individuals with dementia receive the compassion and individualised support they deserve.
Katrina holds a Graduate Certificate in Aged Care Nursing and a Master’s in Person Centred Dementia Care from the University of Wollongong. Her clinical expertise, leadership experience, and advocacy for dementia care make her a respected figure in aged care, driving positive change and promoting excellence in nursing practice across Australia. Katrina is also a nurse practitioner candidate, currently studying through Flinders University.
