Donna Dark is the Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance at the IRT Group DBA, and a candidate at the University of Wollongong, Faculty of Business and Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA). She is the not-for-profit Risk Network Leader 2014 to present, has a BSc (Human Movement Science), Grad Dip OHS, MBA, is a RMIA member and a governance professional, who has worked in the areas of quality, risk management, internal audit, compliance and insurance program management in the health and aged care sectors over the past 15 years.
